That is unfortunate. People sometimes rush or crowd the pot too much when making chicken parm. It takes time to cook properly. Also, I usually will pound the breasts a bit to flatten them out. A thinner breast cooks quicker.

Ugh
It only takes a second. And nobody likes food poisoning for dinner. Especially when cooking for a group.

I always use mine.....why risk things?! plus, if you happen to miss something, people won’t blame you because they figure “well, he was testing the temp, so it must be the potato salad that was bad” :)
